How Do I Place a Delivery Order?

- Text a clear photo of your ID, passport, or accepted government-issued identification to the phone number listed on our website.
- Once your ID is verified, call us to place your order.
- We’ll confirm your order total and estimated delivery time (ETA).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — payment is collected when your order arrives.
- Please have your valid ID available for verification at delivery.

What Is Your Return Policy?
Opened Products:
No returns or exchanges on opened, used, or consumed bagged products.
Defective Vape Products:
Defective vape products must be reported and returned within 1–3 days of the original purchase date.
To qualify:
- The original defective product must be kept and returned.
- The defect may need to be verified.
- The issue must be reported within the applicable 1–3 day period.
- Management approval is required.
If approved, customers may receive a store credit or exchange, subject to management approval and applicable manufacturer requirements.
Please check your vape products as soon as possible after delivery and contact us promptly if you believe there is a defect.
